The 13th "Challenge Cup" Shandong University Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition Enters the Final Stage，After preliminary review，312 semi-final works selected from each college，After review by the competition review committee，A total of 70 works entered the finals (see attachment 1 for the final list)。The 13th "Challenge Cup" Shandong University Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition Finals and Exhibition will be held on April 27, 2013 (Saturday) at the Student Activity Center of the Central Campus，The exhibition will be divided into presentation-defense-public presentation，The relevant matters are now notified as follows:
1. Submission of works
1、Time: April 24, 2013 (Wednesday) 8:30-17:30；

3. Method: Submit on a college basis;
4. Material list:
(1) "Statistical Table of Final College Works" (Attachment 2)，One copy of the paper version；
(2) Work Application Form (Attachment 3)、Text and related supporting materials (see attachment 4 for specific requirements)，Hard copy in quadruplicate，Please submit your works in order of group and lottery；
(3) The above materials (statistical table、All works、The electronic version of the application form, etc.) shall be submitted at the same time as the paper materials on a college basis，Please add the lottery serial number in front of all electronic version names；
(4) Electronic version of the exhibition board (see attachment 5 for specific requirements and templates)
5、The finalist teams are requested to log in to the "Challenge Cup Official Website - Shandong University Area - The 13th "Challenge Cup" Shandong University Student Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition Finals" before April 23 to submit revised final works。
6. Specific requirements:
(1) All paper materials are stamped with the official seal of the Youth League Committee of the college for confirmation;

II. Finals and Exhibition Schedule

2) Each participating team provides exhibition board design manuscript，Resolution 72，Dimensions: height 160cm*width 60cm，Refer to attachment 5 for specific template，Exhibition board manuscripts shall be submitted to the lecture hall of the Entrepreneurship Practice Center of the Central Campus on April 22, 2013 (Monday),Exhibition boards are produced by the school youth league committee。
