In order to facilitate the smooth progress of master's degree application in the first half of 2011，The relevant matters concerning the submission of dissertation and defense materials are now notified as follows:
1. 3Month 15thRelevant thesis materials submitted before (before March 30 for the Political and Legal Officers, Police and Law Masters)
1. Thesis review opinion form signed by the supervisor (See attachment 1）
2. Electronic version of thesis (for printing)
Requirement: Create a folder named after "student number + name"，Contains the following 5 documents in word format。
（1）Cover (must contain Chinese and English title、Name、Student ID、Professional、Instructor and professional title, etc.，The professional title of the instructor must be filled in accurately)
（2）Chinese and English catalog
（3）Chinese and English abstracts and keywords
（4）Text
（5）References、Acknowledgments and catalog of academic papers published during the degree study, etc.
3. Electronic version of thesis (for academic misconduct detection)
Requirement: Create a word format document named after "student number + name + thesis title" (without adding spaces or any symbols in the middle)，内容只包含Text，Other irrelevant content cannot be added。
Notes:
（1） Footnotes need to be automatically generated，Manual typesetting cannot be done。Another，Title level、Serial number、The use of punctuation and other numerical symbols must be standardized and unified，So as not to affect the review score of the paper。
（2） Once the electronic version of the paper is submitted，Considered as final version，No need to request resubmission later on under any pretext。

Those applying for a degree should download it according to their category.
Instructions for filling in the form:
1、No changes should be made to the form format when filling in the downloaded form，No printing is allowed at the signature area，Must be filled in with a black pen or marker。Except for single-sided printing of the cover page，Other pages are best printed on both sides。
2、The signature on the defense materials must be filled in by the instructor himself。
3、My student number must be marked in pencil on the upper right corner of the cover of all defense materials。
4, All defense materials must be submitted at one time.
