After application is completed，Please confirm whether the application is successful through "Check Graduation and Bet365 Status"，And pay attention to the subsequent approval status in a timely manner。
Special reminder:
（1) has submitted a graduation application，Those who encountered problems at any subsequent stage and were unable to graduate and be awarded a Bet365，You need to resubmit your graduation application；
（2) Bet365 applicants must carefully submit defense applications，After passing the review，All applicants are required to undergo a paper review，After passing the paper review，Both are required to participate in thesis defense，After passing the defense，All need to be tested for academic misconduct。Give up the paper review during the period、Thesis defense or academic misconduct detector，will be reviewed with the paper、Same as those who fail the thesis defense or academic misconduct test，All applications for defense are considered invalid。If the two defense applications are invalid, the Bet365 application qualification will be cancelled.
2. Dissertation Bet365
All PhD applicants、Dissertations of master’s degree candidates must be reviewed anonymously，The author of the paper is responsible for anonymizing the paper (the names of the author and supervisor are hidden)，And strictly follow the "Bet365 App Postgraduate Dissertation Standards (Trial)" (see attachment3) requires standardization of dissertations.
Thesis submission for Bet365 is divided into school organization Bet365 and college organization Bet365:
1.Scope of papers submitted for Bet365 by the school

（2) Randomly determine some master's Bet365 theses through the system for anonymous review by the school。
2.Scope of papers submitted for Bet365 by the college
Except for those submitted by the school for review, all master's Bet365 applicants' papers will be submitted for review by the college。
All Bet365 applicants，Must pass the system within the specified time (3month25日8:00To4month7日 17:00) Complete thesis submission and supervisor Bet365，School、The college downloads and organizes it for Bet365，Expired will not be accepted。
3. Submission of defense materials
Defense application form, Bet365 approval letter, etc.The time for submission of defense materials will be notified later.
4. Organize the defense

5. Academic Misconduct Detection
Bet365 applicants who pass the defense will submit their final thesis to the graduate management system as required，And remind the instructor to pass the review，To be tested。The inspection work will be carried out in accordance with"Shandong University's Management Measures for the Use of "Dissertation Academic Misconduct Detection System" (Trial)》(Attachment4) proceed.
6. Submit archived papers
