1. Participants:

All master’s students in the class of 2020、Master’s degree students in other grades who have not opened the subject、Applicants for a master's degree with equivalent academic qualifications who meet the project requirements。

2. Location of topic opening

Qingdao Campus: 2020 full-time - Master of Laws students，Law (not jurisprudence)、Master of Law (Law)，Master’s degree students in other grades who have not opened the subject；

Jinan Campus: 2020 part-time Master of Laws students；

Those who have equivalent academic qualifications and are applying for a master's degree, please contact the school in advance to apply for a topic opening location。

3. Instructions for participating in the proposal report (defense) meeting

This Qingdao campus master’s thesis proposal meeting will be held in an offline + online mode: offline is the main venue for the thesis proposal meeting，Unless there are special circumstances, all students participating in this year’s topic opening must arrive half an hour in advance for presentations and defenses。

When each group’s report (defense) meeting officially begins and ends，Members of this group should be present offline or at meetings，Listen to the defense committee’s notes and results。

5. Requirements for submission of proposal report

Master of Laws by major、Master of Laws with Legal Theory、Legal History；Constitutional Law and Administrative Law；Criminal Law；Civil and Commercial Law (3 groups)；Intellectual Property Law；Procedural Jurisprudence (Criminal Litigation)；Procedural Law (Civil Litigation)；Economic Law、Environmental and Resource Protection Law；International Law (2 groups) is classified，In ascending order of student number、Submit by class (including two-in-one full-time and illegal administrative classes) before 17:00 on December 13th--

1. Paper version (seven copies,Best slot on Bet365) to the Graduate Office N106;

2、The electronic version is packaged in the naming method of “group + serial number + name + student number” and sent to the defense secretary’s email address。

(2) Participate in the master’s degree program at Jinan Campus

The submission method will be notified separately.

(3) Other matters

1.After applicants with equivalent academic qualifications and applying for a master's degree have determined the location of the topic，Follow Qingdao、Jinan and two places require submission of proposal reports (Attachment 2)。

2. The paper version of the project proposal report must be made in seven copies per person.

3.Students who cannot submit the proposal report on time will develop the proposal together with the next-level graduate student。And because the thesis writing time takes more than one year，The defense will be postponed for one year。

4.Master’s students participating in the project proposal report should submit the relevant information of the project proposal report in the graduate management information system within three days of the completion of the project proposal (Cultivation Management-Mid-term Assessment (Screening)-Submit Project Proposal Report)
