2. Award description
1. The admission category is non-targeted within the plan、Self-raised funds、Graduate students trained by the provincial government (files and salary relationships have been transferred to Shandong University) are eligible to participate in various scholarship reviews，Graduate students who have exceeded the prescribed academic years will not participate in various scholarship evaluations。
2. Recommenders for the President’s Scholarship must obtain national scholarships at the same training stage (doctoral students/master students)；You can get both scholarships for outstanding cadres，Other scholarships are not available；
3. Definition of scientific research achievements:
(1) Apply for various outstanding graduate student scholarships，Scientific research results are not allowed to be reused (except for principal scholarships)；
(2) Doctoral candidates can only use the results obtained during their doctoral studies；Master’s degree students can only use the results obtained during the master’s degree program；The first and second years of a master’s and doctoral program will be evaluated as a master’s student、Participate in the evaluation as a doctoral student in the Bet365 lotto reviewthird to fifth years；Undergraduate students participating in the evaluation as doctoral students；
4． To apply for the President’s Scholarship, you must meet the following conditions:

If all results do not meet the above requirements，are not allowed to participate in the President’s Scholarship Competition，The number of abandoned places will be adjusted by the review committee during the department review。
5、Apply for National Scholarship、The comprehensive evaluation of outstanding student cadre scholarships must be excellent，Other scholarships are evaluated as excellent in comprehensive evaluation、Liang。

IV. Scholarship submission material requirements
