2. Award description

(2) Doctoral candidates can only use the results obtained during their doctoral studies；Master’s degree students can only use the results obtained during the master’s degree study；Participate in the evaluation as a master’s student in the first and second years of a combined master’s and doctoral degree program、Participate in the evaluation as a doctoral student in the third to fifth years；Undergraduate students participating in the evaluation as doctoral students。
4. To apply for the President’s Scholarship, you must meet the following conditions:
(1) Doctoral/master’s degree students can only receive the President’s Scholarship once within the prescribed academic period；The first and second years of master’s and doctoral studies are based on the status of master’s students、In the third to fifth years, you can receive a President’s Scholarship once each according to your status as a doctoral student；Undergraduate direct PhD students participate in the evaluation as doctoral students，Can only receive the President’s Scholarship once；
(2) Must obtain national scholarship at the same training stage (doctoral/master’s degree)；

3. Distribution of scholarship quota

IV. Scholarship submission material requirements
