Prosecutor Zhang Xihuai has been engaged in prosecutorial practice in Taiwan for more than 30 years，In 2001, he was promoted to Chief Prosecutor of the Taipei District Court Prosecutor’s Office，Responsible for establishing the Taiwan Public Prosecution Team；Transferred to the Taiwan High Prosecutor's Office in 2007。Currently serving as a first-level prosecutor in the Taiwan High Prosecutor's Office，Concurrently serves as an advisory member of the "Working Group for the Study of Criminal Procedure Law" of the "Ministry of Justice" in Taiwan、Advisory member bet365 casino blackjackof the "Feasibility Assessment Committee for Implementing One Complaint", etc.。Specialized in criminal procedure/criminal evidence、Legal Movie/Scientific Evidence、Moot Court/Forensic Accounting、Cross-examination/mutual legal assistance, etc.。Worked at Li Changyu Institute of Forensics, New Haven University, Connecticut, USA、Visiting scholar at the Forensic Medicine Center in Nashville, Tennessee, USA。Main works include: "The Theory and Practice of the Law of Hearsay"、"Taiwan Supreme Court Criminal Judgment Yearbook" (2007-2016)。Also studied at Peking University、Tsinghua University、Renmin University of China、China University of Political Science and Law、National Prosecutor’s College、University of Hong Kong、University of Macau、Stanford University, USA、Academic lectures at Hitotsubashi University and other institutions in Japan，Received enthusiastic response。
