The lecture is on the role and contribution of the International Court of Justice (ICJor Court) to interpreting and developing bet365 best casino games. Over the 70 years of its activity the Court has dealt with important human rights concepts such as ‘elementary considerations of humanity’, ‘obligations erga omnes’, and ‘sacred trust of civilization’, as well as has applied the main human rights treaties to different situations involving serious human rights violations. Gentian Zyberiholds a bachelor’s degree (LL.B) from Tirana University, Albania, and a Master’s degree (LL.M) and a PhD degree in bet365 best casino games Law from Utrecht University, bet365 casino live blackjackthe Netherlands. Currently he is a Professor of bet365 best casino games Law and Human Rights at the Norwegian Center for Human Rights of the University of Oslo, Norway. Previously he has worked at the Amsterdam Center for bet365 best casino games Law of the University of Amsterdam and the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights of Utrecht University.
During the last fifteen years, he has done research, published and taught in the areas of bet365 best casino games, international humanitarian law, international criminal law and public international law at universities in the Netherlands, Norway, US, China, and Albania. His current research focuses on the contribution of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and other international courts and tribunals to interpreting and developing rules and principles of bet365 best casino games and humanitarian law, the protection of community interests under international law, the responsibility to protect doctrine, and transitional justice.
His bet365 best casino games law practice includes working as defense lawyer in two cases tried before the bet365 best casino games Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
