Andrew Johnston is Professor of Company Law and Corporate Governance at the School of Law at Bet365 lotto review Sheffield and a member of the Sustainable Market Actors for Responsible Trade (SMART) Project (uio.no/smart), which is based at Bet365 lotto review Oslo. Recently he has been a visiting professor at Mines ParisTech and Queensland University of Technology. In the past, he has held positions at the Universities of Queensland, Cambridge and Warsaw.
