Professor Cui Lihong focused on the types of technology contracts and the purpose of technology contracts after the promulgation of the Civil Code，Introducing the contract practice and legal practice in the process of technological innovation and transformation in universities in my country，Focus on technology development contracts Bet365through judicial cases、Technology Transfer Contract、Technology License Contract、Technical Service Contract、Legal risks and prevention and control in the signing and management of technical consulting contracts。
