February 10，Revision of Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration Law jointly organized by Jinan Arbitration Law Research Association and bet365 app、Theoretical research meeting on connection and improvement was held in Shandong Building。From the Legal Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress、Legal Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government、Representatives of Jinan Arbitration Commission and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences、Renmin University of China、University of International Business and Economics、Experts from Wuhan University, Shandong University and other schools participated in the meeting，Professor Huang Shixi and Associate Professor Zhang Haiyan of our college were invited to participate in the Bet365 app downloadwhole meeting。Yao Hong, Director of the Civil Law Office of the Legal Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, first made a report on the issues related to the Arbitration Law involved in the revision of the Civil Procedure Law and matters that need to be paid attention to during the review of arbitration awards，Professor Shen Sibao of the University of International Business and Economics and Professor Liang Huixing of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences hosted two seminars，from Jinan、Qingdao、Representatives from Guangzhou and other arbitration fields and Tang Weijian、Song Lianbin、Huang Shixi and other teaching researchers expressed their opinions on relevant issues that need to be paid attention to during the revision of the Arbitration Law and the Civil Procedure Law。At the end of the meeting, Yang Jingyu, Chairman of the Legal Committee of the 10th National People’s Congress, made a concluding speech。
